Hey Guys, I have a Polititcal Science Question for you

I am taking Intro to American Politics this semseter. Why you ask? 1. because it's required, 2. so I half way understand what my brother and Dad are talking about, and 3. so when I don't agree with what someone says I can come up with a better arguement than "um, I don't agree with you".

So, today in class we were given a group assignment. We have to argue a Political Point assigned to us. (against the teacher) Yeah, sounds like great fun. The point is to get us to know the subject and know how to argue it.

My subject is Detainees in the War on Terror. I am argueing against their rights. (I guess) I have to say why the U.S. is doing what they are doing and why it is a good thing. Only I can't find much evidence to support this because everyone (it seems) hates Bush and his policies.

SO my question is, does anyone know anything about this topic? Or do any of you know a website I can go to, to learn more?
