okay you posted at the same time as i did and somehow i'm confused at what you're arguing. You say that there are laws and yet these detainees are held without any access to laws. All laws have been denied these people. All of them, american and international laws.

I dont understand how you think that they have more rights than american citizens. I really want to understand.
