reseach the "reasoning" for places like the prison SHILOAH in the Civil War. Change the wording to contemporary ones and voila...there you have it OR the reasoning for The Japanese internment camps. Hey it made sense to alot of people at the time or else it would not have a happened. Both were done for the greater good and to protect our country OR if you want to go international how bout the British treatement of the early Zionists?? They had sufficient reasoning, after all wasn't Menachim Begin considered a "terrorist" at that time?
