but there's no substitute for just doing it- and out of that, the lessons of experience show us what will work, what can be improved upon etc.
All the models, and studies in the world are no help compared to the actual program-
As someone mention the police forces now with mixed gender patrols- that was going to be "the death of every city who tried it" and what- if anything it's a huge improvement over what they had-
and heres a new flash- it ain't just the south thats got "a good ole boy network" - it's the way of the world - therefore, any opportunity offered to women that was solely for men previously- is simply progress- if someone doesn't want the opportunity that different, if it doesn't work- back to the drawing board -
but to sit and postulate as to why it won't work- well everything that has every been accomplished by inventors, explorers and on and on - there was somebody, many somebodies actually, saying it would never, ever work and why!
