But if they are in the business of making money ... and their country was/is responsible for funding the terrorists who hit us ... why give them one more venue to make money in that can then be turned against us via other operations. I don't believe you can separate that company from that country.

Whatever happened to routing out those states who support terrorism and cutting off their funding? Why support a company from another country? Isn't there an American company who can do the job? Why outsource yet another set of jobs to somebody else (especially somebody from the Middle East (or China)) when our own people need the work/cash flow.

If nothing else, it's an incredibly tone deaf move on the part of bush and co. (like I really expect anything better from that bunch anyway, but this just seems like a truly stupid no-brainer)

Or am I missing something here?
