As Tom says - it's heavily regulated. And probably heavily inspected.
Who says gov't employees are better than private ones??
That's the usual arguments between socialists and conservatives. Socialists what the gov't running everything. Conservatives want less gov't and private enterprise under gov't supervision running everything.
