Soo disagree with you here. "because they have a soft place to land" DU-UH????.I hate to see your Suz-BB luv fest come to an end here, but let me be first in line. I would/could never be a SEAL. Would not follow orders for the "greater good" or unconditional allegiance to a country/cause for me. Yet if any member of my family were threatend, Tom you would be taken out before you thought about taking your baggie -break. That being said, but don't get me wrong. I am glad there are guys like you who will DO it for me.

But your comment is completely arrogant.IMHO. Sometimes giving up is the only means of physical and mental survival. It's "only" way to survive". Being that you are educated I am sure you are aware of the "Middle Passage" and the "Greening of the slaves" as it applies to the African American experience. I won't even go into the forced displacement commonly known as the "Trail of Tears" of the Native Americans.
And the daily trials of people in order to keep their jobs inorder to support have to endure humiliation and work in unsafe environments. which often includes skilled well paid men.
The"Old BB" me would probably rant and rave and say you are obviously speaking from what you know "a place of white male arrogance". The kinder-gentler me says get a F'n clue and quit listening to Dr. Phil, the yahoo who can't even get a liscense to see patients privately.

Ever seen the movie/read the book "Sophie's Choice?"
