I can see how what Tom said upset you, but frankly I read his post very differently from the way you read it. I've started several times to try to explain this but I keep thinking I should let Tom be the one to interpret himself. ;)
I do think he's a fair and open person and I hope you'll re-read his post and see if maybe it could be interpreted differently.
