Or I could be just paranoid enough to think hmmmm if he was familiar with it, and could not talk about it, wouldn't the best thing for Tom to say be, he wasn't familiar with it & that it probable doesn't exist? A Catch-22 situation, of no importance

Being a poly sci grad from the U of W from back in the early seventies (can boast that I actually read 'The Pentagon Papers', all 500 and some pages) , I have an ingrained skepticism about what our beloved federal government may be up to. "Always Question Authority"!!
