I was wondering other than the obvious reason of if you're on staff you're not operating, (is that a correct assumtion?) Oh and the part where you said you've only met a couple Admirals you respected (not sure of your exact words? )
Are there other considerations to not taking a staff postion? I'm curious because I think you'd be a great as a staff officer and I was wondering if you think it's too beauracratic to be effective or it's just not your cup of tea? Or there are other aspects we are unaware of.....
