No, I don't think it could happen, but I'm not sure it's even theoretically a good idea.
They did try here to do this in a weakened form, in that they didn't allow the voices of Sinn Fein representatives on television. The TV stations just hired actors who dubbed the words back on to the footage, so an entirely pointless exercise.
