so Rapid Logistics System with the implication of Tom's questions.....are we willing to allow for loss of life/devaluation of life for faster but less secure communication, shipment & transportation of materials and for travel locally, domestically and internationally? Or the implication of the chicken and egg question - what is more precious a life or security? How do you draw such a line? I don't believe there is a 100% correct answer possible.
