It's not about the money..

I think we all know the money borders on insulting. It's about making a commitment and abiding by that commitment. We don't live in 1941 anymore where integrity and honor were a mainstay. Ethics today reflect the current "loophole" society, where honor and integrity are based on semantics.

The military and our service members are the last bastion against those shallow characteristics, because we sure can’t look to Hollywood or D.C for examples.

In a perfect world the Guard would be protecting us domestically while the regular services would be abroad. But then again, in a perfect world we wouldn’t need either.

On a side note, thank you and your wife for your service…
