I didn't realize the Navy could nix a movie premise. Well, I will just have to come up with something for O'Neil to do. :)

Suz loves to have her fictional SEAL teams do hostage rescues. I think it's because they are such obviously good things to do -- very little moral ambiguity. But I was reading in Commandos (written in the mid-90s) that the number of hostage takings had decreased a lot -- terrorists more interested in blowing people up than in holding hostages. So the hostage rescue business has been slow. Is this true today?
