secondly, are wars involve tyranical dictators and the dictators offer no one any rights, not even their own....
they grab American citizens and hold them prisoner with again, no rights and irrespective of the fact they arent't even military personnel.
so your point about "setting precidence" here is seemingly moot, unless it's for the sole purpose of us being able to live with ourselves?
