Re:"about us acting like them" -

per Toms post he said "setting a precedent" was important -
my question was why? for whom?

unless it's simply for us, as no one ever pays any attention whatsoever to our precedent or bothers honors the Geneva Convention when they have our people -
and they grab up American citizens not caring iota that they are not military.
