Janet-- you got it right--but also remeber that , as sacriligous as it is, I think that we over emphasize physical strength. Endorance is the key and woman have plenty of that. I promise that I have never had to carry a boat on my head in a real world op---so, if you were to wipe the slate clean and say, what do we really need in a speops force and how do we build it--the answer would be different than the reality today and it would include female operators
oh, and there are plenty of women who could hack BUDS--anyone on a collegiate swim team could I am sure
