I would think a blend of men and women would be far more preferable as they are less likely to draw attention than a group of women traveling in foreign countries. I mean I'm not sure there are many all-women tourist groups out there that take you to Pakistan and China :)
I'm just picturing this large group of well-toned strong women walking down a street in a foreign country trying NOT to draw attention :)
