So are you suggesting that we change the highest law or obey it, or suggesting that we need to choose to change or obey it? And if the people aren't willing to embrace the virtuies that are required, and laws are only as good as the people's efforts, or lack thereof, to uphold them, how does that work? Is it better to focus on changes in the law or changes in the people? And can you change the law for the better, if the people can't embrace the virtues needed to uphold the law? How will that work?
