So you think that we do greater damage to our system by not applying the writ to "Enemy Combatants" than they could do the US by according them our rights? What is your opinion with respect to National Security being at risk if we grant our rights to enemy combantants?

Did you think Lincoln was correct in suspending the writ or would argue that he shouldn't have ? just curious on this one
