I was the first to say it about 5 months into the relationship. My hubby was more reserved. He guarded the phrase as if it were the most valuable thing to him, which I admire. I didn't want to hear it if it weren't true.
When he did say it, it was the most amazing thing and now I hear it nearly every day...almost 10 years after he said it for the first time.
