I think, for instance, one of the huge problems in antiterrorism is that it is too populated with security professionals. But even in a diverse crowd of SEALs they are all SEALs. So, for larger picture stuff, we bring in different experts, get cultural advice and things like that. Whe we were looking at securing the southern oil fields we brought in oil rig guys and it really helped. SO diversity is generally good in the decision making process--however, there is also a point when adding more view points become inefficient.
