It took us two years to come to that question! The biggest detriment to the terrorism problem in specific and strategic planning in general, is that due to the two year election cycle, we have lost our ability to effectively conduct strategic planning--much less implement it.

When I ignore the terrorist no matter what they do, I am trying to reset peoples brains--it usually doesn't last long. I am not advocating it, I am just saying, what if you ignored him--would he be able to get followers? Would he be able to get funding? WOuld he be gratified by his actions? Would he be able to manipulate?

In actuality I am all for killing them, but only as a finger of a far greater reaching plan
