Regular military under one shell, contractors under another. Administration shuffling the shells, where are the contractors under which shell. Don't mean to sound disrespectful of military, sorry. But it comes from my distrust of the Sec. of Defense and his not keeping the 'Powell Doctrine' of overwhelming force, not having enough boots on the ground when the war started would have averted allot of the problems they are now coping with. Ok, I'll get of my soapbox now.
