Unfortunately, we do have one member with a bad attitude. She has been on a vacation for a month, and everyone has been much happier. A few have even said they hope she doesn't come back. Her motivation is apparently "retirement"....sometime early next year. Why has she been labeled a troublemaker....she talks behind peoples back mostly, doesn't mind her own business, tries to undermine me and other team leaders, focuses on others shortcomings (and thinks she has none)...just to name a few. She also intimidates people. But I'm developing some trust and loyalty within the group...so hopefully, we can get more documentation and terminate her. There really is no ability to mentor her....she doesn't want more money, a promotion or more responsibility.
Honestly, she is just one bad apple.
