"teenage girls" across the socio-economic-racial lines are accelerating up to boys levels with violence and criminal activities FAST.

A few years ago we had 2 -13 old girls car-jack a female md with a gun in the parking lot of the Childrens Hosp National Medical Center here in DC and forced her to go to an ATM and withdraw money.

And don't forget about those Britanny -look a-likes I think in Fla (?) who were robbing all the 7-11's.
