My current job at General Implement Distributors is a wholesale company that sells farm implements. Not tractors or balers, but implements that attach to tractors. We sell in 11 western states and have over 400 dealers. Just a little info for you.

The job I am applying for is a receptionist at a vet's office. Here is there description for applicants. NOAH is North Ogden Animal Hospital.

As a Receptionist at NOAH, you will:

Extend the highest level of tailored service to clients when they visit or call the hospital
Insure a smooth flow of visiting clients through scheduling, check-in and check-out procedures
Educate clients about hospital products and medical services
Have additional responsibilities that contribute to the daily operation of our hospital
Act as the liaison between the Medical Services team and the client
In our employees, we look for a passion to anticipate and meet our clients’ needs and an insatiable desire to attain the highest levels of service and compassion for both clients and their beloved pets.

To be qualified for this position you must have:

a genuine love for pets, an ease in interacting with animals and their owners, and an understanding of the value of veterinary care
a minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role, including interacting face-to-face with clients, operating a multi-line phone system, working with client management software, e-mail, faxing, financial transactions, correspondence, etc.
a professional, polished appearance
a well organized and detail-oriented personality
excellent verbal and communication skills
an aptitude to learn and articulate medical terminology
the capability to manage several responsibilities and projects at once
a high level of commitment
veterinary hospital or IntraVet software experience (helpful)
Candidates with previous experience in the veterinary field will have an advantage.
