Thought they were taking over the ports not the security????

Doesn't security remain the responsibility of the US government. The news over here on the UK news is that the same company has the contract to service US Navy ships when they dock in the UAE. There again it is 1.08am I have just finished an essay and I am knackered so I may have totally the wrong end of the stick.
