when Ford ships

2000 seats from China they get really irritated when the container has cocain in it---so the Ford supplier has a number of checks to make sure that only what is expected to in the container is in it---and someone checks it before the seal goes on. So there are people loading it, cheecking the loading, checking the checker, sealing the container, check the seal, weigh the container, check the weight etc--all the way until the container winds up at the Ford plant---ever see the UPS commerical where the packages tell the driver they are off course? That is a real system--so, the point is that absolutely someon looks in every container and that most companies seek sixsigma like QA to make sure that they can move rapidly through ports and customs---it is in their best interest to have an efficient system that moves exactly what they want to move and nothing else
