Although I'm not convinced that they are a militarily advanced as China at this time. Doesn't mean that might not change in the future, they are definately economically powerful and are becoming technically advanced. They are building a lot of computers and other such items for some of the large companies around the globe.
Add in the # of people....
Gives everyone a reason to remember that "today's children will grow up to be tomorrow's bosses". Could be applied to previously undeveloped countries.
