I am not saying it couldn't happen, just that I cen't readily imagine it. At some point I think you would notice the problem before it happened in combat--malingering, convenient injuries. Once you are in combat you have no choice but to fight, surrender or die--
I think that situation is pretty uncommon--just stopping fighting--not just in the Teams, but largely in the US military--the Jessica Lynch convoy is an example--so, if I had someone who was refusing orders while the unit was engaged, and he got killed because of it, I would have a hard time putting people at risk to get him but i probably would. Hopefully, the Chief would straighten the problem out befire it came to that though---
