My dh said she actually posted on a bb for everyone to read - what if she hadn't liked it? But thankfully, you did. I posted the meat balls recipe for you up above ... and I think you could substitute ground turkey or meat quite successfully but if you do that, definitely use spicier sausage so they don't taste too bland.
