Harder to be the ones who are "responsible" for governing ...

What a sea change for Hamas - to go from being on the outside to being the people responsible for making sure that (to use the biggest cliche imaginable) the trains run on time. They will be judged very differently, imo, by their electors. Pocketbook issues - inflation for instance - will be something they will need to address.

Personally, I'd be interested in hearing from Suz board members who live in Europe or the Middle East - how is this story being reported there? And lastly, hard not to agree that yesterday's terrorist is sometimes today's government (I looked at an encyclopedia of terrorism that listed Israel as a terrorist nation prior to its debut as a nation state in the 1940s).
