My mother and grandmother used to make this. I don't remember how the filling went exactly, but the crust was cresent roll, the filling was hamburger, onion, pepper etc all bound together with some cheese. then cheese was sprinkled on top.....sigh.....brings back memories.
Another one was "American Chop Suey"....basically, hamburger, tomato sauce and pasta mixed together. YUM.
