I'm not sure if it's my current mood, but I just can't seem to get the itch scratched with fiction anymore. It's getting fewer and farther between fiction books that I find one that keeps my interest long enough to finish it. I'm not sure if we're getting more sophisticated as readers, or if more books are being released by authors of mediocre talent.
Buzzell's book in my TBR pile, and I've read (and loved) One Bullet Away.
I'm thrilled that interesting blogs have given way to great books. It's also a nice way for potential writers to circumvent the long drawn-out query process.
