but i'm honestly not that smart (for the code thing)and gee, it's not like i asked about a noookleeear sooob-mareen ...

so here's my two legit Qs again, phrased a little differently:
1) Navy personnel doing "consulting": what are the rules for conducting private sector work while you are enlisted/fulltime? (i don't know the jargon for someone whose fulltime job is the military) Is "freelancing" pretty common? can you give me an approx. % ballpark based on general knowledge? and i can see if my Q was wierd ... i didn't mean "you" you, i meant the generic "you" as in "one in that position"

2) Regarding the companies you recommended, what is the "typical" type of primary/skilled personnel? Again, i'm guessing former/retired military might be an excellent pool for qualified candidates? i'm just guessing based upon what i can see on websites.
