What I don't think we have the right to do is tell other people how to live, or how to govern themselves. The aid should not come with strings attached that say you only get food if you implement an American style democracy. I think there is a lot of arrogance in the US about being "the Greastest Nation in the World". It is no wonder most of the worlds hates the US. And it re-enforces the terrorist contention that America is trying to take over the world.
