a book that is geared toward making the person think. When asked the right questions, people can be led to introspection, and hopefully some improvement. I think if you figure out another way to propose your ideas, perhaps you can actually make a difference to leaders who read and DO. A leadership book just about leadership isn't very effective, right? But a book geared toward action - with specific tasks and questions, can accomplish a lot more.
