I think all of this stuff is so vague and dynamic, it's hard to really have a common understanding and agreement. But the REALLY COOL part, is that in disecting leaders and managers, we've all just had the opportunity to blast out our opinions on the subject. There is so much that is subjective when you're talking about business and money. Until we all have ESP, and can predict the future, it's all just a crapshoot. You just have to know your odds and strategy. Those that do, win more. But the game is almost always FUN!
