The ability to admit to mistakes, see what needs to be changed, then rectify the situation.

I can't remember who asked the question or even if it got answered, but someone asked if you can be a leader and not be leading all the time.

And I absolutely think so. In fact, you may lead in some places and not in others. I think you could be a great leader in your home, but for whatever reason chose NOT to lead in social circumstances or business circumstances. This is where I guess I see personality traits kicking in as opposed to actions.

So anyway...round and round the mulberry bush... ;)
