1-Tom, I perceive a little negativity in this statement in regards to SEALS team focus aspect. Since I have done some serious reaserch on SEALS and the fact that it is the uniquenes of the TEAM focus that makes them different and so succesfull from otehr SOF and knowing that you were very aware of this when you went through BUD/s twice AND at an "advanced age" : ), what has made you question their way of doing things?

2- You have mentioned before your one big regret is not making Cmdr. Do you think your leadership style, or possibly an inability to superimpose or camoflauge your leadership style beliefs, without compromising the "gist" of it in a way that was more palatible for the higher ups played a part in it ?
