Try to get some sleep and not stew over it too much. Yeah, if you're anything like me you'll stew until you finally pass out cause you're too tired not to :)
I can't help you decide whether or not to stay or go. I can tell you never to entertain or have you troup entertained by that one again. You'll have to think about it and decide for yourself.
After this year Greg and I will both be finished with Otters. He's not getting much out of it and I do no like being a leader - even just a helper.
Get some sleep. Hope you feel less overwhelmed in the morning.
