I am jaded from som of these

that were going around which were known to be false and propoganda so I am pretty suspect of the lineage of this, but I was not with the Marine Corp and I was not in Iraq in 2005. My experience is the M-4 does not jam easily--there are more differences than just size. M-16 was much maligned in VN, but the later versions perform well. Everything about the M14 is true, but he doesn't mention problems firing on full auto which it has and I don't see a lot in the field or on tv (I love the 14) shot gun is a good weapon but the only people we have carrying them are breachers--M60 was not a beautiful weapon, don't think a 45 is any better than a 9mm--and my body armor weighed 28lbs with ceramic plates and that was the best stuff going--so, I think that that there is nothing particularly inaccurate but I don't think this is much more than opinion and it is opinion that didn't require combat in Iraq to establish--all deficienies voiced are known or alleged widely.
What really got me thinking was the part about Iranians large involvement. From everything I saw/see--Iranians are involved but to a fairly small degree
