So, one of my Ensigns comes up to me at BUDS out on the island and says he has a problem with one of his guys--during patrols, he won't use hand signals--well tell him to shut up--no he isn't talking he just won't use hand signals--he wants us to get us to mind meld--he read in a book that SEALs can read each others mind so he wants to work on it---but I keep losing the last half of my squad because he is using telepothy---okay, BUDS is not sixsigma complient--so I go and talk with him---convince him that you learn that mind melding in STT, not here, please use hand signals. He does, problem passed problem solve---
