How much of a victim would depend on if it's fat, saline or silicon---

Because if it's silicon she has two ice bergs on her chest once they get chilled by the cold water and they aren't going to warm up real fast either. Major Brrrrr! Saline would be a tad warmer but nothing beats good old fat for keeping you warm. : )

My older sister has silicon implants and she has regretted getting them for years. She said they tend to always feel colder than the surrounding skin---it makes me wonder if it would feel like touching a dead person. Sorry, my enquiring brain sometimes gets carried away.
