I will agree with that statement 'up to a point'. I feel (and act) 'younger' now than I did 10-15 years ago (due to losing weight, eating better, more exercise, better attitude etc).

But there are just some things that it's not a matter of mind, it's just plain damned old age. Eyes going, arthritis, losing teeth, osteopenia (precursor of osteoperosis that I'm batteling), perimenopause and all the fun that that entails, slower reflexes, noticible drop in 'processor speed' from 20 years ago. Not to mention that if my tits fall any lower I'm going to be able to use them for knee pads.
