Not to simplify or be a smart aleck, but sometimes a thought or idea is applicable not to its time but to all time. I would say the same thing is true of the discussion about the Declaration and Constitution. An idea that can act like a prism and be something to everyone or all things to some. Ideas whose times have come.

One comment I would make on the statements by President JFK and the initiation of the SEALS - it is very sad that 44 years later we do not have more knowledge of and utilization of these kinds of forces - by the people we have put in power who should be activating these protections earlier on in a problem areas rather than after the s*^t has proverbially hit the fan.
