lol, no Bliss, no steam at all...

but I do not see how it is acceptable to suggest that we need apply intent/interpretation to the document as a whole and then find it unacceptable to apply those same measures to specific clauses such as the Writ of Habeus Corpus?? why can we not look at intent there?
