First check the DAN web page, they used to post a link in case you need help. Then check the local dive shops and sometimes in the scuba magazines you'll find articals (with links) written by dive docs. Ask the local dive instructor too.
Keep in mind just because a doctor/nurse/PA might dive he may not special in dive related stuff but he might know someone who does...
