STT is gone

replace by SQT. SQT is now a follow on to BUDS and the Trident is awarded upon comletion. THere is no probationary period at a Team as before. I am not sure if guys coming back to the Teams after an absence (staff tour, exchange program) have to go through SQT again--they use to have to attend STT.
